· Firstly, turn on your printer.
· If your printer connects to the computer, then disconnect it by removing the USB cable.
· Now visit the HP support website, i.e., 123.hp.com.
· Once you land on the "let's identify your product to get started" page, click the printer, enter the printer model, and click submit.
· Now start downloading the software by clicking download under the Driver heading.
· While installing the software, the system will ask you to connect the printer to your computer using USB.
